Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days within the continental US. You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.

Can I customize the contents of my box?

Yes! While we offer curated themed boxes, you can also use our 'Build Your Own' feature to hand-pick every item that goes into your TreatBox.

What is your return policy?

We want you to love your purchase. If you are unsatisfied, please contact us within 14 days of delivery. Due to the nature of our products, some perishable items may not be eligible for return.
